The organization of such a colorful event has once again been entrusted to our team! The program of the evening, as in previous events of the brand, was rich and varied. Incendiary animators met visitors to the store, an aqua-makeup was organized for the children, and funny competitions with prizes were held, where absolutely everyone could take part. In short, the atmosphere at the event was truly festive!
At an event called “Marathon of Leaders,” we decided to first “break the ice” between employees and conducted special “warm-up exercises” – icebreakers This was followed by a conference of the management team, in which we divided them into teams and held intellectual contests throughout the day during breaks.
The first event, which took place at the Grand Orzu Hotel, was organized specifically for the TC Retail Department of Samsung mobile phones. The event began with grading in a dough format and ended with a festive dinner with a show program in the restaurant of Clun Castle. Another grading of merchandisers and promoters of the household appliances retail department was held at the Golden Valley hotel. The event also ended with a New Year's Eve dinner with a show program at the restaurant "Old Arbat". The third event, the New Year corporate party for Samsung HA / AV partners, was held at the restaurant Obi Hayot, where the regional dealers of the company were also present. Specially for this evening, the People’s Artist of Uzbekistan Nasiba Abdullayeva was invited. Guests could also enjoy the performances of the VIA Khalif and Timur Talipov, the Navruz dance group and the amazing performances of the popular illusionist-magician Dmitry Polyakov. We were happy to organize events for our regular partners - Samsung and wish them prosperity and well-being in the New Year!
As part of this promotion, valuable gifts in the form of household appliances and the main prize - a trip for two to Dubai were raffled off! The drawing turned into a fascinating show, which Arsen Fornchev held. The lucky ones were identified with the help of a lottery drum in which there were cards of participants of the action. The ceremony of awarding the winners took place at the “Master of Delicacies” factory on December 19th. We were glad to take part in the organization of the draw, specially dedicated to the 15th anniversary of the company. We wish the team MD continued success and prosperity!
The organization of this major event, which brought together government delegations from various countries and labor experts of international organizations, was entrusted to our team! During the event, the Director General of the International Labor Organization (ILO) Guy Ryder visited Uzbekistan for the first time. The honored guest of the conference was the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Abdulla Aripov. The event was also attended by labor ministers of Uzbekistan, Afghanistan, Kyrgyzstan, the Deputy Minister of Azerbaijan, the Vice Minister of Kazakhstan, the First Deputy Head of the Migration Service of the Ministry of Labor, Migration and Employment of Tajikistan, the Deputy Minister of Turkmenistan, and the Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation. We are happy that our company was honored to participate in the organization of such a large-scale and important event in the life of our country!
The program of this cultural evening was intense. It was decorated with performances of national pop stars, national artists of Uzbekistan, as well as national dance groups. The Book of wishes was created especially for this event, where the participants of the Reception left words of gratitude and wishes. The guest of honor of this event Guy Ryder was the first to leave his parting words. It was an honor for our company to organize such a historic event. It was a rich party in the style of Chicago 30s. This period is associated with luxury, jazz, mafia, weapons and excitement. To create the right atmosphere, it was necessary to take these moments into account, so we thought out all the nuances of the event as much as possible - from invitations to bringing shoes cleaner and Don Vito Corleone to this event. The right mood was created by the Super People team, and the incendiary music by the Sharqoniy and Jazirama groups. The festive evening was decorated with performances by the Reginight Show dance group, and the charming guest of Munisa Rizayev was a special guest of the event. New Year's Eve ended with a set from DJ BAGA. Guests were also pleased with the flash mob Sergey Zlotnikov. And one more feature of the evening is a themed cake that impressed everyone with its look and taste!
During the month, a popular florist designer shared his ideas on how to decorate an unusual home, restaurant, hotel lobby, or any other institution with holiday compositions. Every Sunday, residents of the capital had the opportunity to learn from Ruben Sahakyan to create different floral compositions and participate in the process itself. All works were performed mainly from natural materials, using decorative elements such as Christmas balls, ornaments, beads, as well as materials that are extreme for floristics such as various metals, including copper, wax, plastic, etc. We were happy to provide technical support for these beautiful events!
The event was held with the support and assistance of the National Bank of Foreign Economic Activity of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Center for the Coordination and Development of the Securities Market, the Republican Stock Exchange "Toshkent" (UZSE). The organization of this large-scale event was carried out by our team! Presentations on the topic “Stock market opportunities in Uzbekistan and factors of attractiveness of KMZ JSC were held in 8 cities of Uzbekistan: Tashkent, Samarkand, Fergana, Bukhara, Andijan, Karshi, Nukus, Navoi. As part of the road show, Deputy Director General of the Russian office of Freedom Finance, Igor Klyushnev, and the head of asset management, Egor Romanyuk, shared their experience in investing in world stock markets and answered questions from participants in the presentations.
The international event brought together heads of ministries and departments, heads of major companies, leading domestic specialists, representatives of the World Bank, Asian Development Bank and other international financial institutions and consulting institutions. As part of the presentation, a draft “roadmap of reforms” was presented, which was developed by the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Finance together with the World Bank working group. Practical implementation of the activities included in the roadmap is envisaged to be carried out in close cooperation with international financial institutions and bilateral partners. We are immensely glad that our team was involved in the organization of such a large-scale and important event!
HR-Club, with the participation of Oleg Panin - Russian specialist in gamification in corporate training, was great! Professionals in HR talked about gaming, interactive and engaging technologies in corporate training. The initiators of the event were: DaVinci Management Consulting - a company specializing in management consulting; Be the Change Group - organizers of educational events, both with domestic and international experts; Oleg Panin is the CEO of Center-Game, an online learning company.
The first stage of the drawing of the New Year campaign “Season of Miracles” of Ucell company was held at the head office of Ucell Plaza. This event was organized by our team! The winners of the drawing received the most generous gifts from the company - 4 Spark cars and 10 prizes of 10,000,000 soums each. One of the unexpected surprises for those present was that the drawing was held by the stars of the Scorpion film - Yulduz Radjabova and Akbarkhoja Rasulov. The first stage of the action was very fun and interesting, visitors received a lot of pleasure and cool gifts from the company.

The opening of the new, the largest sports club of the Chekhov Sport Clubs network - Chekhov Yulduz was visited by clients of the club, stars of domestic pop and celebrity, as well as media representatives, bloggers. We are very pleased that our company is a partner of this club and has made its small contribution to the organization of this holiday!
At the I International Export Fair Made in Uzbekistan, our company had the honor of organizing an exhibition stand for the Samarkand Automobile Plant. At the exhibition, the company presented the new range of Trucks for life - modern trucks and buses, with Japanese Isuzu engines.
At the event dedicated to the investment opportunities of Uzbekistan, it was announced the start of the national SPO - the collection of applications from investors for the purchase of shares of the Kokand Mechanical Plant. The organization of this event, which brought together the largest investors in Uzbekistan, was entrusted to our team. The event was initiated by Freedom Finance Uzbekistan. At the event, the founder of the company, Timur Turlov, made a presentation on the country's investment opportunities. The speaker also announced the launch of a large-scale road show in the cities of Uzbekistan.
The event, initiated by the public movement DIASA, was dedicated to the International Day against Diabetes, which is celebrated annually on November 14th. On this day, those present could enjoy a rich program. The AFC DIASA team and a star club called Black Bears took part in the football match. Also at the event were popular artists - Shahriyer, Akbar Atamukhamedov, Yevgeny Shtapov (lead singer of the group Di Live Band), top DJs of the capital - Dj Kyamran Silience and DJ Sam. Our team was glad to take part in the organization of this charity match!

The first event marathon in Uzbekistan, initiated by the National Association of Event Organizers of Uzbekistan (NAOM), was very positive, many issues were discussed, and many cases and useful tools were dismantled. It was a two-day intensive event where invited foreign experts spoke, gurus of the event industry in their countries - Sergey Makarov, Sergey Dolzhenkov, Dmitry Kolodkin, Laylo Tagaeva and Tigran Tuniyants.
One of the highlights of this autumn was the Open Day at Unique Present Media Holding, held in honor of the seven-year company. Over the past two days, we have been visited by representatives of many companies - our friends-partners, media representatives, bloggers. Excursions around the office, acquaintances, consultations, recording of songs in a recording studio, congratulations from guests on a special wish board, gifts and an exclusive interview! In general, there were many activities! We are grateful to everyone who shared our holiday with us!

A motor rally was held in Tashkent dedicated to the New Year campaign “Season of Miracles” of Ucell company. The organization of this action carried out our team! Three branded cars, along with Santa Claus and Snow Maidens, were driven through the major shopping and entertainment centers of the city. The first location is the new shopping and entertainment center Compass, then the rally moved to Samarqand Darvoza and ended in MEGA PLANET. Father Frost and Snow Maiden held fun contests and quizzes, gave citizens a wonderful mood and memorable gifts from the company.
Our team was engaged in the design of the hall in the NEC “Uzexpocenter”, where the International Innovation Week INNOWEEK 2018 was held. The event was organized by the Ministry of Innovation Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the State Investment Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan.
The organization of the Lenovo Partner Day conference, an event that brought together representatives of the largest IT retailers in Uzbekistan, was also entrusted to our team. During the conference, representatives of the international concern talked to their Uzbek partners, discussed the requirements of modern users, trends and opportunities for increasing sales in the local market.
The event, which was held by Azamat Jalalov, was informative, full of suggestions and discussions. An interactive team building was organized, as well as company employees awarded prizes and mementoes.
A well-known nutritionist Anthony Malkov spoke at an event dedicated to the topic of fighting diabetes and talked about how to maintain health and physical activity. The opening of the exhibition-presentation of the Moscow Zoo, a concert of Russian performers, a friendly tournament in fencing and sambo, the opening of the exhibition of honored artists of Russia Sergey and Maxim Sidorenko and the presentation of Russian cuisine and products - all these business and cultural events were held as part of the Days of Moscow in Tashkent. We are happy that our team took part in the organization of these important events in the cultural life of our country!
We organized conferences for regional dealers and corporate clients of Ucell throughout whole Uzbekistan. They included presentations of two tariff plans of the company - Special and Gigaman in such cities as Karshi, Termez, Nukus, Urgench, Samarkand, Dzhizak, Gulistan, Andijan, Namangan, Fergana, Navoi and Bukhara.
The seminar was held on October 22 at Hyatt Regency Tashkent, and two experts spoke at it: Ian Mann, managing partner of the Asian region Harneys and Gwynne Hopkins, managing director of Perun Consultants. This business event ended with a cocktail party.
The solemn opening ceremony of the museum, fully organized by our team on a turnkey basis, was held with the participation of top management and partners of the “Uzpromstroybank” and media representatives. Boris Golender was invited as a special guest. The legendary historian told the audience about the rich history of the building and shared amazing facts.

From October 16 to October 21, residents and guests of the capital enjoyed the entertainment and cultural program of the festival, initiated by the Hokimiyat of Tashkent city. The festival has combined events of various subjects: poetry and theatrical art evenings, a motor show, an art exhibition, a laser show and a music festival.

At ICTWeek Uzbekistan 2018 we presented Ucell company, which celebrated the decade of its brand in the Uzbekistan market this year. During the exhibition, visitors had the opportunity to participate in various interesting contests and receive prizes from Ucell. Special attention was paid to the company's stand, where detailed information about the products and services of the mobile operator was presented.
During the event, we were able to talk about how to create business events, how the client can help make preparation for the event more effective, how to come up with ideas faster than they've been stolen, and even talked about how to make a “bomb” event in 5 000 000 soums! Another nice part of the event was the distribution of Teambuilding for One puzzle from Unique Present as well as the drawing of prizes from gifts-impressions service vPodarok.uz. The meeting ended with business conversations over a tasty breakfast.
The event took place on the territory of the mountain complex "Liner" and was very rich. Teaching trainings and presentations of speakers, group tasks, as well as teambuilding "Art therapy 2.0", "Construction" and the quest throughout the complex!

We organized a mobile cinema in the picnic zone of the Central eco-park in Tashkent under the open sky – we installed a large screen, beanbags, in addition invited animators, held contests, within which distributed a large number of gifts from Ucell.The event was held in support of the new Ucell Kino service.

The participants of team building were divided into teams and under the strict guidance of a professional musician and conductor they played drums. After a short rehearsal in the hall sounded harmonious and beautiful music!
It was three useful days! In addition to the main entertainment program, there was a fascinating and very informative training, whose speaker was Andrei Tolokonnikov. The main goal of the trip and the most unforgettable part of it was the team building of a new format: "Art-therapy 2.0". Team members collected applications on canvas, focusing on the pictures that were displayed by the projector. In addition to the full organization of teambuilding, our team carried out transportation of the company's employees, as well as full coordination of the event throughout the three days.
Emotions and drive at this event went off scale! Guests of this musical and dance event were lit under the beats of Khadjiev Farrukh, performances of “Di Live” band, Persky and Zlotnikov Dance Center. Many interesting competitions were held and a large number of gifts were given.
The initiators of the event were Mega Invest Industrial. Within the framework of the conference, the event's speakers spoke about the Basalt project and the areas of its application, as well as discussed topical issues of construction and use of alternative building materials. Our team took part in organizing this event.

Special for this festival, our team organized stand and activities for the Ucell mobile operator company. The festival of large fruits was bright and delicious.
This is the first festival of the city format which was held in 5 different parks across the city and visited by approximately 40 000 people overall. During the whole event, entertainment zones were actively working for all visitors, starting from family teambuildings and master-classes, and ending with performances of musical and dance groups. In each park, more than 150 people were involved in organizational and entertainment process. We were able to carry out this grandiose event with the support of the city hokimyat.
This is a sampling, but in a completely new and original format. The event took several days off in several parks at the same time. Visitors were able to try products, get acquainted with the brand, make a summer selfie with Etty, and also participate in an entertainment show program.
"Technology of decision-making" and "Development of intellect and thinking" topics that the Master revealed. The training was interesting and informative - the participants could ask questions to the speaker and exchange opinions on the issues of interest. We were pleased to be the organizers of this useful and truly intelligent training!
Arsen Dlyanchev and Dinislam Nasyrov made presentations, shared information about new locations for the best events and ideas for team building. Lev Gavrish told about the useful mainstream in the education field – edutainment: gaming learning, through which corporate learning becomes fascinating and effective. Guests received networking during a delicious breakfast, chips for luck, puzzle game that allows to conduct team building with yourself. The meeting was held in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere on the river bank.
The essence of the action was to give parents a chance to win for their children a trip to the American camp for an English language educational program. And also consumers of RC Cola products could win a Paynet voucher. The full organization of this event is our work. We made everything - design, full technical equipment, coordination of the whole event.

The Top 500 business forum, which took place in the Botanical Garden, gathered about 600 entrepreneurs, representatives of the city administration, embassies, public figures of our city in order to establish communication between the state and business and make the city management effective. Our team was happy to assist in coordinating the forum, which will help make our country better!
The holiday was held in the Central Ecopark named after Z.M. Babur and collected a large number of children of different ages. Children were pleased with animators with interesting contests and interactive quests! Children received memorable prizes, gifts, many unforgettable emotions and impressions!
Ucell took part in the Namangan Flowers-2018 festival. At the event, held in the park named after Babur, was installed company’s banner and an entertainment program was conducted. Guests of the festival were pleased to participate in the competitions held by Azamat Jalalov and watched with interest performances of the illusionist Andrei Lee. This is exactly how was the day off for participants of the "Gaming. Loyalty program” workshop of the Moscow speaker Kirill Naumov. For 8 hours participants of the training under the guidance of a certified trainer of Apple learned about the latest trends in gaming, motivation of customers and employees.
Mission completed - an event dedicated to public discussion of the Project of concept on reforming the tax system of the Republic of Uzbekistan, attended by about 500 people, including more than 35 media representatives, was excellent!
Our team was entrusted with the creation and realization of the stand concept, as well as the organization of an entertaining program for the visitors of the stand of Ucell.
The event lasted three days: the first two were held in the format of a conference in Tashkent, and on the final day foreign representatives of the company participated in an exciting tourist trip to Bukhara. In Bukhara, for the guests was organized a culinary master class and intriguing quest in the central part of Bukhara, as well as cognitive excursions around the city.

On this festival our "soldiers" organized BTL-actions for Ucell, timed to launch the Zvooq service and the New Positive tariff plan. Actions were held for two days and included a large number of fascinating competitions with excellent prizes, appearance of an illusionist and consultation of visitors.
Everything was as it should be: bright outfits, delicious treats, dances, songs and DJ. A merry and rich program did not let anyone get bored.

The event was held on April 14 in the hotel Wyndham Tashkent and gathered more than 300 people! The listeners got acquainted with the educational programs of the business school, learned about the latest research in the field of development of the economy of Asian countries, and the luckiest ones became prizewinners – a balloon flight from vPodarok.uz, car rental for a day from RentCar.Uz and a free ticket for next workshop of Be the Change Group.

We were fortunate enough to be the organizers of the joint Samsung and Credit Asia event - a wonderful action, in which more than 100 people received valuable prizes, and two lucky ones - a trip for two to Paris!
